- Helped organize the 12th Annual Fun Run/Walk for epilepsy at Artesani Park in Brighton, Massachusetts for the Epilepsy Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
- Conducted Development Department software audit for the Epilepsy Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island resulting in improvements in procedures and better utilization of existing DonorWorks software.
- Founded Christmas In November Fundraiser to benefit the Massachusetts Hospital School in partnership with the Boston Fire Department and the Massachusetts Association for Handicapped Children - 14 years.
- Cancer Walk - reduced expenses by 42% and increased net profit by 17% while substantially increasing numbers of walkers and volunteers. Increased community participation and awareness through increased media and community networking.
- Charity Golf Classic - increased net profit by 50%, after a five-year tournament hiatus. ARC of the South Shore Golf Tournament - seven consecutive years of increase in net profit and volunteer involvement.
- Led Foundation Board through the process of writing and implementing a Strategic Plan, writing a Case for Support, and aligning the Foundation for Board growth and increased fundraising.
- Responsible for all areas of Development and Marketing for 7 million dollar non-profit agency including events, membership, volunteerism, grants, printing, and community/corporate support.
- Increased volunteer, donor, and Board participation through increased communication including writing and publishing monthly newsletter - five years.
- Planned, organized, and executed eight annual dinners - consistent volunteer involvement and attendance.
- Planned, organized and executed six successful BAYDAY Family Fun Days at Quincy Bay Marina and the Glastonbury Abbey to benefit the South Shore Association for Retarded Citizens.
- Assisted the Comprehensive School Aged Parenting Program, (CSAPP) with ticket and sponsorship sales, and organization of their Annual Breakfast and the 3rd Annual CSAPP Comedy Night Benefit held at the Comedy Connection, Faneuil Hall, Boston.
The Comprehensive School Aged Parenting Program provides year-round, full-time services to students at Charlestown High School, The English High School, Grover Cleveland Middle School, Horace Mann School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing,
West Roxbury Educational Complex: Brook Farm Business and Service Career Academy, Media Communications Technology High School, Parkway Academy of Technology and Health, and Urban Science Academy.
